73 Hours of Intense Hands on Bar Training

To do that we designed the program to be 73 Hours of Intense Hands on Training. And we really researched over the last 20 years: what does a great Mixologist need to know today, regardless of how much they want to work, or what kind of place they want to work in, the quality of what they know needs to be the same.
And we talked to experts in Beer, in Wine, in the art of Flair bartending, in Safety, and in Mixology to design this program. And over the course of the 73 hours, you’re really going to challenge yourself, and push yourself to learn things that maybe you didn’t think you could. Maybe you didn’t think you’d be smart enough to really understand wine, maybe you didn’t really see yourself breathing fire or flipping bottles you might think you’re not coordinated, maybe being in front of-and making drinks for-a lot of attractive people is terrifying for you-maybe you were always shy before, but when you learn this kind of training, you’re going to face the fear, and the challenge, but we stay with they whole way, and we know you can get it.
